Klein Construction have been in the building industry in Melbourne, Mornington and Bellarine Peninsulas as registered builders since 1997. In that time, we have completed a wide a wide variety of residential buildings; architecturally designed new homes, town-house developments, second story additions, renovations and extensions, as well as kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
At Klein constructions, we believe communication is fundamental to achieving a finished product that aligns with the owner’s vision. To achieve this, we work closely with both the architects and the client, whether that’s via regular phone calls or site meetings. We strive to achieve a strong relationship with every client, and pride ourselves on delivering a high quality project on time and on budget.
All our sub-constrictors have worked with Klein Constructions for years and have a strong understanding of the way in which we operate and the quality of work that is required.
We have recently completed two town houses in Brighton East, as well as three renovations in Hawthorn, and an extension in East Malvern.
